Citizenship & Residency

Citizenship and residency advice

A map of the options, not a programme for sale. Families and principals who need to live, work or hold assets in another country come to us for the rules that apply to them, the documents, and an honest view of the time a proper application takes.

Who this is for

People who need to relocate, keep a second base, or hold assets in a country where they do not yet have status. Families planning a move for school, work or succession. Principals who have been offered a route and want it examined before they pay anyone else.

We do not sell citizenship or residency programmes. We explain the rules and prepare a file that can be examined.

What we do

We start with who you are, where you need to be, and why. From there we set out the routes that actually exist, the evidence each one needs, and the points that usually cause delay or refusal.

  • A written comparison of the routes that apply to your facts
  • A document list you can work through, rather than a generic checklist
  • Review of an application or a third-party pack before it is filed
  • A clear no if the route you were sold does not match the rules

Where the application has to be made through a government portal or local counsel, we stay on the file so you are not left with a brochure and no next step.

01

Facts

Nationality, family, where you need to live or hold assets, and any prior applications.

02

Routes

We set out the options that exist and discard the ones that do not apply.

03

File

If you proceed, we build the documents so the application can be read.

04

Filing

You decide whether to instruct us through to submission and any follow-up.

Questions we are asked

No. Governments decide. We prepare the file so it can be examined. Anyone who sells a guaranteed passport or visa is not giving legal advice.

No. We take on the routes we can usefully advise on. If the work has to sit with specialists in another jurisdiction, we will say so early.

Yes. Bring what they sent you. A second reading of the same papers is often the most useful thing we can do.
